This talk will explain how we successfully preserved the original gameplay experience by implementing effective optimizations and smart workarounds. Achieving this required not only a solid technical approach but also clear planning and robust risk management. Most of the solutions presented are platform-agnostic and can be applied to any Unreal Engine project.
